Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the School of English (Ref.: 201700474) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in tertiary institutions, a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and IT proficiency in common computer applications. Applicants must be a good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and have the ability to work independently. The appointee will provide administrative support to student matters and general office administration, logistical support to events and academic conferences, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
